He communicated well via text and email prior to confirming the job, and showed up on time and ready to go (and let us know when he was heading our way). We are extremely happy with the quality and care he took cleaning our van interior. We didn't ask to get the exterior washed due to the time of day for the clean. We'll definitely use Gerber next time we need a good detailing and get a wash too!

Taylor did a fantastic job with our car! He performed external and internal detailing including hand wash, wheels and tires, wax, vacuum, conditioning of the seats, cleaning of windows and floors! He is very thorough and a great communicator. We are extremely satisfied, 100% recommend!
